My approach is science-backed, compassionate, and personalized—so clients can take small, meaningful steps toward lasting health without feeling overwhelmed.

Unlike traditional nutrition counseling, Holistic Dame takes a trauma-informed, nervous-system-centered approach to functional nutrition. I incorporate functional tools and focus on the five pillars of health—sleep & relaxation, exercise & movement, stress & resilience, nutrition & hydration, and relationships & networks—helping clients restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to thrive.
